Saying Yes To Coconuts – Yes To Haircare

*Leaping Bunny Certified and suitable for vegans

Ah, the Great British Weather. With every cold, rainy, frosty snap we have, the more my hair and skin protests. We’ve just come out of another especially chilly snap – my hair has somehow turned to a crisp, which can only mean bringing out the big guns of hair care – and for me that means saying Yes To Coconuts.

Yes To Coconuts is specially formulated for dry, frizzy hair which matches mine perfectly at this time of year. It’s a 98% natural formula which makes it as close to an actual natural shampoo/conditioner as I can get before my hair seems to lose it and become one giant, tangled mess.

I’ve Got A Lovely Bunch Of Coconuts

I’m a bit obsessed with Yes To recently. Their products work beautifully and are packed full of interesting scents that I didn’t think I’d like at first, but am now completely in love with. The coconut range for hair is no different – with a slightly floral twist it leaves your hair fresh, smooth and sweet smelling, without leaving you smelling like a pina colada on legs.

And as for the formula, they have it spot on. I find when my hair dries out, shampoos formulated for dry hair typically don’t work for me. My hair ends up greasy, needing to be washed daily which only makes the problem worse – drying my hair out further and meaning I need even more help.

This thankfully isn’t the case with Yes To though – the Yes To Coconuts Ultra Moisture Shampoo is gorgeously cleansing without being overbearing and leaving my hair feeling “squeaky” clean (we’ve all been there). Even on days I don’t condition the shampoo is lovely on it’s own, leaving no residue without totally stripping my hair.

Afterwards comes the Yes To Coconuts Ultra Moisture Conditioner which honestly, has become an all time favourite of mine. It’s silky soft and just hick enough to feel luxe without feeling too heavy on the hair, and rinses away with no residue. It works at detangling my hair, which is a challenge for just about any conditioning product in itself, and it’s light enough to mean that my hair stays feeling clean for a good 2-3 days afterwards.

Find Yes To Coconuts:

Yes To Coconuts is available at Boots for £5.99 a piece (but I always catch them on offer!). You can also grab their other haircare ranges including the Blueberry an Cucumber ranges some of my other favourites)!

    1. I’d definitely recommend it! Coconut is one of my favourite smells but thankfully this isn’t too overwhelming either x

  1. The coconut conditioner is my absolute favourite, it’s amazing on dry ends but never weighs down my fine hair! I’ve never tried the shampoo though (for the same reasons as you) but after reading this I’m very tempted. It’s good to know it doesn’t make hair greasy 🙂 xx

    1. That’ my favourite thing about the conditioner! Anything too heavy and my hair turns to an oil slick while still being dry but this stuff has definitely been the pick-me-up I’ve needed! xx

    1. They smell so good too! I really love how light they are for how moisturised they leave my hair – a definite fave xx
