  1. Pre-heat the oven to 270 degrees celsius.
  2. Cream both sugars with the butter in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Add the dairy free milk and vanilla extract and mix again until smooth.
  4. Add in the flour, baking soda, salt, and cider vinegar, and fold in until you have a sticky dough and all ingredients are combined.
  5. Fold in the choc chips
  6. If you’re choosing to try the double choc, divide the batter and fold through the cacao powder.
  7. Spoon onto baking sheets and pop in the oven for 10 minutes.
  8. When done, leave for a minute or so on the tray before removing and transferring the sheet to a tray or cool surface to cool.
